Surviving Spouses/Dependents
If you are a surviving spouse or dependent of a veteran, you may be eligible to receive benefits.
Veteran survivor and dependent benefits provide crucial financial support to the families of service members who have passed away or become permanently disabled due to service-related injuries or conditions. These benefits can include Dependency and Indemnity Compensation (DIC), which offers monthly payments to eligible surviving spouses, children, and parents. Additional support may also be available through various educational assistance programs, healthcare access, and pension benefits.
Understanding the eligibility requirements and application process for these veteran benefits is essential to ensuring that your family receives the assistance they need during challenging times.
Our experienced team at Veteran Claims Group is dedicated to helping survivors navigate the complexities of the claims process, maximizing their benefits, and ensuring their rights are upheld.
